Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase!

We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event that you are not you may return it to us in exchange for a refund only. 

We will only process a refund when we receive the product returned to us and please allow at least 7 days from when you return the product for the refund to be issued but bare in mind it could take up to 3-5 business days for it to appear in your bank account depending on your bank company. 

All returns must be dated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returned items must be untouched, unused and in the same condition they were received in, with all implements attached. 

To return an item, use the original packaging and make sure to include proof of purchase before sending it to the address below:
